Refund Policy
Permit & Rebate Hub provides administrative filing services for permits and rebates. Refunds depend on when you cancel and how much administrative work has already been completed.
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before we start document review or form preparation, you are eligible for a full refund.
After Work Has Started
Once we start reviewing your documents, preparing forms, or submitting, a full refund is no longer available because we've already completed administrative work.
In these cases:
A partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on how much work has been completed.
Fees covering completed administrative work are non-refundable.
After Submission
Once we submit your permit or rebate application to the city, county, utility, or program:
No refunds are issued, because the filing work has been completed and submitted on your behalf.
Denials or Delays
Refunds are not issued if a permit or rebate is denied or delayed due to:
Ineligible equipment
Expired or changed rebate programs
Missing or inaccurate information not provided to us
Program rules or agency decisions outside our control
If a filing is rejected due to an error on our side, we will correct and resubmit the filing at no additional charge.
Government & Utility Fees
Any permit issuance fees, utility fees, or program fees charged by a city, county, or utility are separate from our service fees and are not refundable by Permit & Rebate Hub.
