For homeowners, contractors, and small HVAC operators who need their permit or rebate paperwork submitted correctly, quickly, and without confusion.
What’s Included
Single Permit Filing
We prepare and submit one city or county permit application using the documents you provide.
Single Rebate Filing
We complete and submit one utility rebate application for your qualifying equipment.
Document Review
We review your contractor invoice, AHRI certificate, and required documents to ensure all required information is present before filing.
Submission & Confirmation
We submit your filing through the correct city or utility portal and provide confirmation of receipt, including your case or application number.
Status Notice
You’ll receive a confirmation once your filing has officially entered review with the agency.
If You Purchased the Bundle (Permit + Rebate)
If your project includes both a permit and a rebate, we will:
Submit both filings for the same project
Coordinate submissions so the rebate is not delayed waiting on the permit filing
Provide separate submission confirmations for the permit and the rebate

What to Expect After Purchase
1. Upload Your Documents
You’ll upload your required documents through our secure online form.
We use this information to prepare and submit your filing.
2. Verification (1–2 Business Days)
We review your documents for completeness and accuracy.
If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll email you before submission.
3. Submission (2–4 Business Days After Verification)
Once verified, we submit your filing to the correct city, county, or utility portal.
You’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:
Your case or application number
An estimated processing timeline
4. Status Notice
We notify you once the agency or utility has officially placed your filing into review.
*(Basic Filing Assist does not include ongoing tracking, corrections, or follow-ups.)

All updates are delivered by email.
You may reply directly to any update with questions or document changes.
Basic Filing Assist includes up to two email exchanges per filing.
For ongoing updates, corrections, or agency follow-ups, you may upgrade to Standard Filing Assist at any time.
