What’s Included

Single Permit Filing

We prepare, complete, and submit one city or county permit application, then manage the filing until final approval.

Single Rebate Filing

We prepare and submit one utility rebate application, handle all utility communication, and confirm when the rebate is approved/paid.

Document Preparation & Review

We complete required forms, review invoice/AHRI/equipment docs, fix issues that cause delays before submission.

Portal Management

We manage all communication with the city, county, or utility portal on your behalf, including clarification requests or additional documentation.

Follow-Up & Tracking

We monitor your filing from submission through final approval and respond to agency or utility inquiries as needed.

Completion Confirmation

Once finalized, you’ll receive a clear summary with approval details, confirmation numbers, and any notes from the reviewing agency.

If You Purchased the Bundle (Permit + Rebate)

If your project includes both a permit and a rebate, we will:

  • Prepare and submit both filings for the same project

  • Coordinate timelines so the rebate is not delayed waiting on the permit filing

  • Manage both filings end-to-end, including follow-ups and corrections

  • Provide separate updates for each filing and a final completion summary when both are approved or finalized

What to Expect After Purchase

1. Upload Your Documents

Use our secure form to submit invoices, equipment information, and required project documents.

2. Verification (1–2 Business Days)

We review everything for accuracy and completeness. If anything is missing or unclear, we contact you before submission.

3. Submission (2–4 Business Days After Verification)

Once verified, we file through the correct city, county, or utility portal. You’ll receive:

  • Your case or application number

  • Submission confirmation

  • An estimated processing timeline

4. Ongoing Tracking & Communication

We monitor each stage:

  • Submitted

  • Under review

  • Correction/clarification requested (if applicable)

  • Approved or rebate paid

You receive email updates at each milestone (typically 1–2 weeks apart, depending on agency speed).

5. Final Report

When review is complete, you’ll receive a final email with:

  • Approval or rebate confirmation number

  • Final status

  • Any additional notes for your records

Communication & Support

  • All updates are sent by email

  • You can reply directly with questions or new documents

  • Unlimited email exchanges throughout your filing

  • Optional phone assistance may be added in the future (not currently offered)

  • If you began with Basic Plan and want to upgrade, you can do so anytime — prior payment credits toward Standard
